M3 SYSTEM EQUIPPED TECHNICAL DATA

• Load-bearing structure:
- chipboard panel faced on both sides with melamine paper with a weight of 120g/sq m. and a density 690 kg/mc, with 2.5 mm anti reflection and anti scratch melamine covering.
Colours available grey/ivory/maple/beech/cherry/
silver/white (other on demand), fire reaction class D-s2, d0 (B-s2, d0 on demand), class E1 low level of formaldehyde.
The sides are 25 mm tick and have two columns of through holes (5 mm holes spaced 32 mm apart). The sides, the bases and tops are dark grey colour finished on all four sides with a 1.5 mm thick ABS edging with rounded edges.
The sides has a bottom self-levelling foot and with an extension of ±15 mm in order to compensate the difference in height.
The backs are 18 mm tick and are fixed to the sides with ABS and steel brackets.

• Doors:
- are fixed to the side panel holes by means of hinges with triple regulation and blocking mechanism. They are fitted with bolt locks using cylinders. Doors are available left-hung, right-hung, double. Between left and right doors there is a narrow gaskets made of soft dual-density knock resistant and sound-proof plastic. Handles are PVC silver finished.

• Shelves:
- Structural shelves are 25 mm tick and are anchored to the sides by means of an ABS eccentric joint ensuring a perfect fit. -Internal shelves are made of sheet-steel designed to hold hanging files spaced at 330 mm intervals. Shelves are 30 mm thick and epoxy-powder coated; they are designed to carry a load in compliance with safety regulations and can be used as file holders.

• Upper and side infill panels:
Top infill panels are of a size to ensure a perfect fit with the ceiling. Side infill panels are edged with a soft plastic gasket and fixed to the structure by means of metal hinges or brackets. Spaces closed by infill panels can be used as service ducts similar to cable elements.

• Tops:
- are 25 mm tick with a rounded PVC border.

• Depth and pitch of the storage partition:
- the storage partition has a total width of 450 mm, the distance between the module is equal to 500 – 600 – 1000 - 1200 mm.
