TECNOBOARD SYSTEM
Gypsum as a construction material
has accompanied the history of architecture since its very origin.
Archaeological countries have actually drawn attention to the presence
of plasters and decorations using gypsum dating as far back as 7000
BC. and the same stone has frequently been used directly for the
construction of buildings. During the restructuring of the cathedral
of Notre Dame in Paris gypsum sheets have come to the light for
masonry use dating back to the third century AD. The common use
of gypsum sheets for the realization of walls goes back as far as
the beginning of the 18th century.
Aware of the importance of gypsum in the history
of architecture and in new housing systems, Tecnobay and its subsidiary
companies have been producing, with its own techniques, gypsum and
gypsum tile blocks for internal partitioning, gypsum sheets, and
false ceilings made of lightened gypsum. In addition, machinery
and complete systems for the production of gypsum-manufactured articles
are exported all over the world. During the evolution of gypsum
production, Tecnobay has developed innovative baking and mixing
techniques, that have brought about the creation of with its exclusive
formula of fibre reinforced ceramic chalk and expanded perlite.
is
a thin gypsum panel (2.5 cm), with male/female joints on the perimeter,
suitable for 120 x 70 cm dimensions and has a weight of only 18
kg. is assembled
subject to sticking of the joints, in adherence to the metallic
profiles of support and made solid with self threading screws. After
having mounted on the side of the partition, all the technical fittings
of the construction are installed in the free cavity. Follow by
mounting on the opposite side, to complete the job.
is the most evolved system in constructing building
partitioning, allowing for planning of the yard in the most rational
way:
cement of the passing floors on the whole attic,
plasters to the intrados of the whole attic,
assemblage of the metallic plot and the first side of the partition
using
install passing from the outer cavity to that of the partitions,
assembling of on the second side and on the plot of the outer
lining,
laying of the floors and coverings,
painting of the walls.
The laying technique of
is simple and few tools are needed. For the execution of the jobs,
follow the indications given here; at the beginning of the job, if
the yard personnel are unprepared, ask for the intervention of assistance
from Tecnobay on site.
